This is the story of Jess and Alex and is set in London.

Jess’ friend Becky invites her to live in her house as a flatmate. Also living there is Alex, a student nurse, after a change of career and recovering from a recent relationship breakup.

Jess is quite smitten by him as soon as she sees him, but keeps her feelings to herself….and so does Alex!

The story covers a year in their lives as they get to know each other, they grow closer but still keep their true feelings to themselves………

I love the narration, both readers, Jessica Preddy and Finlay Robertson really fit the characters and bring them to life.

It’s a warm snuggle of a tale and the absolutely perfect antidote to the problems of the real world. A beautifully written, kind and gentle romance with great narrators. I love it.
