Review: Looking Glass
Looking Glass by Andrew Mayne
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Theo Cray is a computational biologist and he’s back in this, the follow up to The Naturalist. . He is asked to look into the disappearance of a missing boy in the LA suburb of Compton. However, he finds there are more missing children? Theo believers it may be a serial killer who has been operating for years without the authorities noticing. Compton police department and the FBI are unconvinced as they think the boys have probably just left or runaway. This leaves Cray to pursue his unique, scientific investigation alone.
He’s met with resistance from the Police, but Using his logic of science, he pushes even hard to try to find the ‘Toy Man’..
Another, exceptional, original and believable tale from Andrew Mayne
